The customer service for online orders is a disaster.
Ordered online. Received confirmation. Credit Card was charged.
Then nothing for a month. Called 4 times, everytime was given promise for call back or tracking number. Nothing happened. Still no idea what happened to my order. Never received a call back or the promised tracking info.
Now working with credit card company to have charges reversed due to no-delivery or purchased item.
Go somewhere else for online orders of lamps etc. This place has the worst online service.
