I arrived home at 2 pm on a day I was having 25 guests for dinner, only to find my air conditioner was not working. I called Boehmers/Cronin Emery service and within the hour there was a technician at my house. Within half an hour, a part was replaced on my A/C and I was good to go. The telephone service and Chris, the technician were top notch. I couldn't be happier. Thanks.

I was just getting ready to go on vacation and the day before my 18 yr old central air died. I ended up having to arrange this from my cottage. I had used a different company in the past for my work but was not entirely satisfied with them.
Who to go with? I am one to look for great Google or Homestars reviews and Boehmers/Cronin Emery stood out. Everything was taken care of by these guys and came home to a cool house.
The air conditioner by Lennox is very quiet and it was placed nice and level even though our side yard has quite a slope.
I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician was knowledgeable, and understood the problem over the explanations given over the phone. When came to the house had all the necessary components including the furnace motor which he had to change.

The service person provided excellent service - on time, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also explained other services that I might be interested.

Service representative approach was better than expected. Questions were answered with helpful and friendly approach. Turnaround in service and resolving the repair to the air conditioner was five star.

The initial contact was with Al, who is extremely honest and very up front about what is required. Al did not push us into any decisions and discussed our wants and needs. The Technicians, Alex and Rob, were very professional and courteous. The arrived, introduced themselves, discussed the action plan and began by covering our flooring to avoid dirt. Alex and Rob worked efficiently and had an extremely professional attitude. Once the installation was completed they walked us through the work they performed to ensure we were completely satisfied and then educated us on the workings of our new system. From the first person we met, to the final discussion, we were completely satisfied and highly recommend Boehmers/Cronin Emery and have the highest recommendations for Al, Alex and Rob.

Curtis was our service tech. He was great and informative. He explained every step and test he was completing and gave us suggestions for future use. He determined our unit was on its last leg (15-20yrs old). He set us up with Yuri the sales associate. He showed up a few hours later as was very honest and straight forward about what unit was best for us for size and energy efficiency. Rob and Jon installed our new unit. They were quick and efficient. Very happy with our experience working with Boehmers/Cronin Emery. Would highly suggest this company to anyone needing work done.

Curtis and Brock helped us install the gas furnance that we got from Costco. They provided very good service, high quality. They are also very patient, and they also explained a lot of details to us. In general, we are very satisfied with their service.
