Right from the beginning starting we had a pleasant no fuss process with Iurie the sales rep who was excellent explaining our needs, install process, rebates and a follow up visit when the work was done. The installers, Jon and Alex were clean, efficient and left no mess in our home. Alex gave us a great briefing about how to program and operate our thermostat, change the filter and what to expect service wise in the next few months. Highly recommend Boehmers/Cronin for all your home heating or cooling needs.
