We had a problem with our furnace and were told we would have to replace it as the heater exchange was cracked. Juri the sales rep came to talk to with us about our options for a new furnace and ac. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and also so informed us of the rebates that were available.This was around 6 pm on a Friday April 21st. He arranged for the earliest possible installation Jon and Alex our technicians were
polite and very neat. They answered any questions we had and explained what we needed to know about our new furnace . Juri returned after the furnace was installed and went through the use of the thermostat and filter replacement as well as answering some questions we had about one of the rebates.
