AC Drain Pan Clog / Water leakage
Very dissatisfied with my appointment back in September. I asked for a late (6pm) appointment and was instructed that late appointments were perfectly fine so long as they were booked well in advance which I had done. I was called a few days later and asked if there was anyway I could make the appointment earlier, so I said 5:30pm and no earlier.
When I showed up at home, (on time for the record) the technician (M.Z.) had already been at my house 5 minutes before I arrived (by his own account as I questioned him on his arrival time) and my wife had let him enter our residence.
I found him at my furnace/ac then proceeded to ask what the status was to which he replied he already fixed the water leak, so I asked what he had done and he said he blew out the drain hose. I then told him that I did that immediately prior to booking the service appointment and he quickly corrected himself and said that he suctioned it then blew it out saying that suctioning then blowing is the procedure... fine. Whether true or not, and to his credit the water leak did stop.
However the entire time MZ was very short and obviously in a hurry to get out of my residence after spending only 5 minutes in my home. I think asked him to check my AC and Air Exchanger also to which he did (albeit reluctantly in my opinion). He was very short with his words and seemed to be getting impatient and it looked obvious he was determined to end his work day.
I was not happy that he proceeded without me first arriving home and before the time he was scheduled. Also not happy that I seemed to be more of an annoyance to him by asking him to check things that I had already informed the lady about when I booked the service call.
