Brandon Inch was very professional and ensured all areas of the returns and supplies were cleaned. Odd return that dipped below the main return required extra work and exposing the duct but was essential as this was a reservoir of accumulated hair and debris. Very thorough, however, as he worked alone required some assistance due to this awkward return duct. He did ensure all vents and ducts were pressure sprayed multiple times under vacuum. The heap filtering vacuum system showed pounds of dust and hair and the camera/video check after proved the effectiveness.
