Maize Siding & Eavestroughing

Maize helped us out with the siding on a small addition of ours and with installing several eaves on our house. From the estimation process to having two different crews do the work - they were excellent. The siding took much longer than I anticipated however after watching them meticulously do the work - it was obvious why. They were thorough and careful. Some of the work even had to be done working off the property of our neighbors and they were excellent and careful in this work as well. Very please with the company and the crew! Looking forward to using them again.

Great Service very professional team. The job done was great . They matched the colours of the eavestroguh with the colour of the siding. The company took special care to build an eavestrough around the front porch.

We received excellent service from Maize. Their representative gave us a thorough explanation about the available products and provided a quote promptly. The crew had to coordinate the work with other contractors working on our house at the same time. Nevertheless, they did the job smoothly and on time. We are very happy with the new look of our house.

We had part of thé eavestrough replaced the workers were very polite efficent and professional, they arrived the day quoted and the work was done right and they left the place clean by removing all the old eavestrough

This is the second time I've used Maize in the last 12 years to put eavestroughs and downspouts on my house. The color selection was fantastic, the work was fast, professional and clean (no construction debris at all!). The price was much better than my other quotes. Would definitely recommend them!

I had Maize replace all the eavestroughs on my house and also remove the old soffits, cut the solid wood soffits open and install brand new vented soffit panels. There was an issue with one section of trough and Maize returned and fixed it promptly.

A group of us got together to try to get eaves done for all our houses together. Not only was Maize the most most responsive in getting back to us (thank you Raymond!), they were also the most competitive. Despite being the most cost effective, the work delivered was quality.

I had made a request to Raymond that I'd like to get pictures of the roof taken before work started (minor roof damage), and he and the crew more than willingly obliged. Pictures were delivered within a day of having the work completed.

The crew was very friendly during the install. Raymond showed up after the install to make sure we were satisfied. Since sodding and grading haven't been completed yet, he offered to come back once that was complete if there were any adjustments needed to the downspouts.

All in all, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Maize when considering having your eaves done.

I was very happy with the work they did in installing eavestrough and gutters at my new house. I had used them before and was very satisfied. Happy to say that my second experience with them was just as satisfying.

In March 2017 I had Maize Siding & Eavestroughing install new facia on the east side of my home. I was extremely pleased with the product as well as the installation work done! I arranged to have Maize do this work because they installed new eavestroughing on my home in September 2016 and I was so pleased with the product and worksmanship plus the price that I did not even consider contacting any other company for my facia work. I would not hesitate to have them do any more work of this nature on my home.
