I have used Maize before and had a great experience. Fast forward 7 years and my experience was very different. The crew was late (no call), the work quoted was NOT done, they crew left a mess (came back twice to clean it up), the crew had to return 3 times to correct their mistakes and I am still not convinced I got what I paid for (e.g. they charged me for eavestrough cleaning but clearly didn't do it as there were roof shingles blocking the drainage pipe!). I tried to follow up without success - their accounting department has been difficult to deal with and their boss no where to be found. They finally took $250 off my bill for my troubles but I would NEVER use them again. In fact, I had another company install aluminium capping yesterday without incident (reminded me of my first experience with Maize) as I could not bring myself to use Maize again. I hate writing negative reviews - buyer beware.

To point out some facts, yes we were 1 day behind, as noted, we depend on the weather and this was communicated. The job was complete to the exact specification of the work order. I personally went twice to take pictures and show them to you. All of which you denied. Lastly, the job was done in June but we gave you a credit in good faith in Sept. Still, it took an additional 5 weeks for us to get the payment.
