I was in need of a water softening system for condo use, and was offered a model from Korea that was compact in size and for a reasonable price. The staff was helpful and patient answering all my questions. They also followed up by phone to make sure I was satisfied.

I was happy with the quality of the system and the ongoing service from the staff. I also purchase maintenance parts for the system from the the store and I find them to be a reasonable price.

Overall, I find the store being a good supplier with fair prices, for quality systems in air and water purification.
