Guy came to switch off the hot water tank after it had steam coming from it and charged $120/hour for a 5 min job. Outrageous!
Found out that three other companies would have charge for 1/2 hour rate instead of hourly rate. When we phoned them, Phil said that is what any plumber would have charged.
Of course, he is wrong. He was narcissistic and a uncompromising attitude.
He could have been much more professional in his manner. Acted like he was on top of the world. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
