Firstly, very impressed with the process for achieving the estimate of cost and work; secondly, the removal of old windows and installation of new windows was done extremely professional and the clean up was as impeccable. Verdun Doors and Windows replaced all the windows (12) and all the exterior doors (4) in our 25 year old single family home. They did a spectacular job and were complete professionals from start to finish. Dominic, our salesman, made the entire process easy and respected our ideas and questions. He explained everything involved and how his products would meet and exceed our expectations. He was also very accessible for the many questions we had before and after we signed our contract. Honestly, he was just pleasant to work with! Verdun went the extra mile in customer service. They delivered window casing samples to us so we could make sure they matched another renovation that was in the planning stage. They delivered the window and door casing for this project ahead of time so that we could pre-paint it. Most importantly, they told us WHEN they would deliver the casing and it arrived precisely at that time. This attention to small details is the sign of professional integrity. On the big day, Alex and his team arrived right on time (again, the attention to detail), installed everything in one day, and were highly personable and efficient. They happily answered my questions and treated our home with great respect. They covered all the areas they were walking through and working in. As they finished in an area, they cleaned it all up. When finished the whole project, they went over all the house and yard to ensure that it was completely cleaned up. They re-checked all the work they had done. This crew worked as a real team. We did not see them ever stop working all day long. It was most impressive. When they encountered issues (our case was a loose floor tile near the front door), they informed us promptly and presented an effective solution. We really appreciated the honesty and transparency. Nothing was covered up. In short, we were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Verdun Doors and Windows. We would heartily recommend them to everyone. Excellent quality installation done on schedule. Corrections made to an error in the order were made promptly and without hassel. Quality of windows appears to be superior and exterior finish excellent.

Over a period of two years we had 6 windows installed in a house that is approximately 160 years old. The salesman, Dale Murdoch, and workmen had excellent ideas to incorporate my wants for window functions. The installers were polite, efficient, and appeared to me to be knowledgeable. I was impressed by their clean-up after the work was done. The post installation ispection by the original salesman, Dale, was effective; he held to his word and was very reassuring. My husband and I dealt with him on the three separate orders we placed with this company.

Changed windows and doors throughout the entire house. Very satisfied with their quality and with the installation. Visited the factory before making purchase and people are proud of their work. Would always favor a local company.
Had some problem with our door (wrong color ordered). Verdun came back and replaced with no hassle. Very good customer service.

We had a recommendation from a friend who had went with Verdun and we met Colin who was extremely professional and very helpful in preparing our quote. The windows were manufactured locally (support a local business!) and ready to install before the stated date (a month before actually) and were installed today! The crew was excellent! Arrived early, read to go and were very professional and thorough... they work like a well oiled machine. They took out the old windows, installed the new ones, cleaned up, cleaned the new windows and were on their way in 2.5 hours! Would highly recommend this local company!

From our initial dealings with Steve Young through to the assistance of Dominic and then the installers our two doors front and back look simply awesome. Steve and Dominic were very professional and personable. Verdun was one of 3 different companies we went to and by far the best quality and price. Steve showed us what Verdun could provide and didn't pressure us in any way. Domenic took over from Steve who became ill and continued the highest level of service. The other 2 companies were somewhat amature and didn't listen to what we wanted. Secondly, the installation guys were diligent, polite, extremely fast and extremely clean! This is the second time I have used Verdun for my windows. They do a great job and there prices are good as well. Definately get a quote from them before your purchases windows elsewhere.
