I recently placed an order for six basement windows. The installation crew came to my home on November 12, 2012, and replaced the old windows. During the process, the crew walked throughout the basement and unintentionally left behind some dirt. I phoned Verdun and the company promptly apologized and resolved the issue quickly.

If there is ever a problem or issue during the installation at a clients home and it is brought to our attention, such as the cleanliness of a job, we will send back the installers in a prompt and timely manner to make sure the clean up is done to the customers satisfaction. In this case, we were notified and there was a miscommunication at the office and we deeply apologize for this and the lack of follow up you received.
