I had to call out CVM to repair our furnace one day. They were very prompt, efficient, and respectful. The job was done in record time and their cost was very very good.

While good customer service seems to be a rarity these days, it was refreshing to call CVM and speak to a lovely lady who not only set up a convenient appointment time, but that she was also familiar with the product we were looking for.

Gus, the installer, arrived on time and performed the installation with ease. He was also kind enough to check the local codes to ensure that our furnace was installed correctly. At no time did he attempt to pressure us into buying something we didn't need or want.

Since our encounter with CVM, we have been waiting to hear another company say "How can we make you smile?"
