This receiver is a beast! Loved it from the day I bought it.
Last couple years, had problems with dimmed front display, and then intermittent audio. Then the audio totally quit.
I looked at some of the newer receivers and was impressed with all the bells and whistles, but knowing, still, there really aren't anything like these older models.
I called Oscar after reading some of his reviews to see if it was worth it to try repair it.
This man knows electronics! He came to my home & tool a overview look at the problem. He gave me an estimate for the repair that was reasonable.
He certainly lived up to his stellar reputation. Problems fixed - LIKE NEW - WOW!
Total turnaround time of the repairs was four business days. It only even took that long because of the extensive troubleshooting Oscar does for the benefit of his customers.
He kept me up-to-date as the repairs & trouble shooting went on.
He stands by his work with a one year warranty.
I couldn't be happier with his service!
