Oosterveld technician (Henrik), was very professional, arrived on time, friendly and accommodating manner, clearly knowledgeable who gave me the options around replacing a 12 year old part, and clearly communicated the capacity of this size of air conditioner. In short, he inspired confidence and I was happy with the work done and the price I chose for the investment in maintaining a well functioning unit. No hesitation in recommending!
