From first consult to installation the Newmarket Team was amazing. We can't overstate how courteous, committed and competent staff were throughout the process. They worked with our budget offering a surprising selection. Installation was excellently executed with attention to transitions to existing flooring surfaces. And they did very challenging restretch in another room at the same time. These guys are stars!!

End of Roll in Newmarket did an amazing job replacing my kitchen and living room floors. The work was done on time and the flooring guys really cared about their work. Both Parm and Shaun were very helpful and professional and offered great customer service!

Visited End of the Roll with my mother and spoke to Salesperson who gave an estimate to put carpet in basement/hall at my mother's house based on my rough drawing. Said someone would visit and do proper measurement and provide estimate. They installed the carpet but didn't give new quote nor did they indicate the square footage. They also didn't finish the hall and after payment, only marked the original quote as paid so no detailed receipt was provided.They came back to finish the hall and it's not the greatest job. My mother has a disability so she couldn't go down to check the finish work.

I went to End of the Roll in Newmarket. The sales rep was amazing! Very knowledgable and had many recommendations. He was able to give me a large variety of carpet in my price range. They were very fast in booking an installation date and the workers were very pleasant. I will definitely be returning for my next reno project.

Purchsaed carpet from End of the Roll in Newmarket,the insall was
completed while I was at work. I came home to find the finished job
looking like this going from the bedroom into the hallway.

I used End Of The Roll for my new carpet and Vinal flooring in my Kitchen and front door! When they came to install they "Forgot" to quote me underpading and a sub floor for my kitchen. So now they are no longer the cheepest company.... They are now very exspensive. It took them from 10:00am to 10:00pm to get a very small area done. I had to leave my house as they were taking way to long. Now I come back home to fine that they forgot to do the crown molding around my kitchen, so I called they and had also forgot to include that in my quote.
Now 1 year has gone by and my new carpet looks like it is 5 years old, so now I am dealing with the company once again to get it replced, which has taken 1 month and I still have no answers!!!
