I had a kitchen project to complete and brought in many people to quote various portions of my project. Ogi from Kosco flooring came out and spoke to me and gave me a quote for my project. You never really know who you are getting when you are doing work to your home but I liked speaking to Ogi and decided to use his company for my project. It turns out I made a great choice as my floors and back splash turned out fantastic! We continually receive compliments on our kitchen and our floors and we do not hesitate to tell them Kosco flooring did the install. The team Ogi sent to do the work was very polite, professional and curteous and we would definitely recommend them. We have 2 bathrooms and a recroom left to complete and we know we are using Kosco flooring for the tile and carpet portions of those jobs.

First of all, Let me start by saying Dave and Ogi from Kosco flooring are awesome! We recently purchased a new house that needed to be fully renovated to accommodate our special needs son. Our first experience with Kosco was with our first project installing a soft, durable kitchen floor. Dave understood our needs and recommended a luxury vinyl. After installation we noticed there was a slight manufacturing defect. Dave went out of his way to make sure the manufacturer rectified the problem. I was truly amazed at Dave's dedication to customer satisfaction and service. He truly goes above and beyond.
6 months later we undertook a much bigger project, carpeting the whole home and wood floors in the dining area. We shopped around for different quotes but in the end chose Kosco flooring smply because I trusted them. I knew from past experience they stood behind their product and most importantly, I felt like they actually cared about our situation and it was more than just a business transaction to them. They have my business and I would absolutely recommend them to others!

I promised Ogi and Kosco a good review. Not because I have to but because I want to. He worked with us to get the product we wanted at the price we could afford. Never pressured but offered good sound advise and perspective. He went the extra mile to get us right sized, species and stain nosing and steps cause he genuinely wants his customers to be happy. His installers were great; safe, respectful, clean and most importantly, they did a great job. Dinged the walls a few times but it's gonna happen. Laid 500 ft of floor, 5 stairs and over 30 ft of nosing in one day and cut no corners. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this company for any home or office renovation. The friendly owner and helpful staff made our office Reno a very pleasant experience. Amazing product at an affordable price.

I purchased about 7300 Square feet of linoleum flooring which looks like hard wood. Installed in all of my basement.

The quote was very competitive but the service was nothing like you would receive in a big box store. We dealt with Ogi Kosco and his professionalism flowed right down to the installers. Our home was built in 1992 and it was definitely time to update our look by removing the carpeting and installing hard wood flooring. Our plan was to do 3 bedrooms, hallway, living room, dining room and family room, needless to say a very large job. We had been looking around at different flooring stores in Hamilton, and by chance stopped in at Kosco flooring. We were extremely impressed with the selection of the flooring at Kosco flooring as well as the knowledgeable friendly advice we received from Ogi.
The service from Ogi was in complete contrast to the other stores we visited; he made us feel confident with our choices and took his time to explain different options with us.
Once our decision was made, the timelines for starting and completing the installation were accurate as well as timely. They arrived when they said they would and finished on time. The total installation for 6 rooms and a hallway as well as baseboard installation were complete within 5 days.
The installer (Boris) was a genuine craftsmen and worked with pride of installation, He cared that we were happy with the job, as well as being very friendly and courteous. This was a very big job and he and his helper had to work late into some evenings so we could function in our home during the installation.
We also purchased carpeting for a stair runner and 2 area rugs for our home. The selection was very good.
We are extremely pleased with our selection of hardwood flooring, carpet and area rugs. It was a pleasure doing business with Ogi at Kosco flooring, you can tell that he takes pride in his business dealings and wants you to be happy with your purchase.
We would not hesitate to recommend Kosco flooring to anyone for any of their flooring needs, you will not be unhappy. The Service goes above and beyond, The price is fair, and the installation is excellent.
