Does not follow up with warranty repairs
Our builder used this company to supply cabinetry to our new house. After the one year warranty service to follow up to repair any workmanship or product deficiencies, we requested a repair to water damage of the kitchen island wood panel. They agreed it needed to be replaced. So far I been waiting almost a year for their "supplier" to get back to them with this panel to replace. As well we had called several times about this repair and always been told they are looking into it and will call us back. They have yet to ever call back.
With such an investment to remodel a kitchen using this company would be a major mistake. Warranty and customer satisfaction some always be first and this is something modern kitchens does not care about once they have taken the money
