The original flooring purchase went smoothly. Product came from out of town and arrived at the expected time. The cost was was reasonable and comparable to other quality flooring suppliers. The installed product looked great. The maintenance kit refinishing oil did not work out so well. I would recommend using a finishing pro rather than using the home user maintenance kit.
