I had put a complaint about Sunrise Windows on this site late last week. I also wrote a letter to the company to complain. Two issues. One was the two bedroom windows did not meet egress (even though the contract stated they did); other issue was all windows were drafty and cold. Call today from owner of company. They will be replacing both bedroom windows to meet egress and checking/re-insulating windows. Good outcome to a difficult situation.

The customer was correct the two windows did not meet egress or fire codes and her contract did state however that they did as per the customers request....This error, Sunrise Windows discovered was a computer error made during a upgrading our computer that we were done at the time we were preparing her quote...Sunrise Windows immediately replaced her windows with also a upgrade at NO charge, as we thank her for pointing this error to us for correction.....Thank you
