Extremely happy with the service and install of my 14 windows and 2 new doors.
Right from the start of the quote to the end and even after install service has been really good.
My wife and I did 3 quotes and Sunrise was the most professional of the 3. Ray was the salesperson and he was awesome. The only one of the 3 that showed up on time to do the quote. Was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a really good job on the presentation of the different windows that they offered and we decided to go with the top window they offered mostly based on how good of a job he did.
We were told by Ray the windows would take 6-8 weeks to build and then someone would contact us to set up a time to install. 5.5 weeks later we got the call and set up the install for the following week.
When the install happened I was impressed with how professional the installers were as well. I thought with 14 windows and 2 doors this would take 2 days to do. They showed up at 10 am as that was the time we were given and they were done by 3:30. Everything cleaned up and removed.
The windows and doors look great we are very happy with them and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors.
