Our 30? yr old patio door has been very sticky for too long. We were to the point of tearing it out and replacing - messy and $2K to $3K which it seemed we could no longer avoid.
Leslie made a service call, took pictures of the ancient and almost seized bottom rollers, and found new replacements for us the next day. And now one finger moves that door - it's like butter!
