I ordered engineered flooring from this store. Was told it would arrive the following week. Arrived at the store, but the flooring had not come in. It ended up coming a week later, which put my contractor behind and ended up costing me money. I then ordered stain to match the flooring. Again I arrived a week later to pick the product up, but again "it wasn't on the truck". No phone call, nothing. They may have nice selection of product, but their unreliability will ensure I never use this store again, and that I will not recommend it to others.

They told us to deal with the installer direct when a problem occurred rather than supporting the customer directly.
