I would just like to say what a great experience I had in having Skylights Unlimited install my Velux Skylight. From my first meeting with Jeff at the Home Show and his in home visit through to the install by Ed and Kevin. They arrived on time, answered all my questions, thoroughly explained what they were going to do, what I should expect, and left my house spotless. They were able to work within my schedule for the install, thanks. It was a pleasure talking with the girls in the office also. I would definitely recommend their services. Rating 10.

I hired Skylight unlimited for a brand new skylight installation (above stairs). They did a great job with a minimum of mess in the house. I will definitely recommend them. The only thing they could improve is the pre-sales: that would have been more helpful to be presented with pictures of previous work and the various upgrades, such as 4 flares vs 2 flares, lighting, etc ... I have been offered these upgrades on the day the job started, not enough time to review properly and make a decision.

Company was professional and courteous throughout the process. Excellent communication during the project and advised us of delays given the weather/snow. Once the snow melted the new skylight was installed to our complete satisfaction.

The installation team arrived on time and were very professional and efficient in the installation. They also explained the installation process, issues and recommended further improvements to extend the life of our new skylight. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and installation.

Excellent service from the first request for a quote until completion of the job. Denis came to the house within two days, answered all of our questions and provided advice on what he believed would work best in our home. We took his advice and installed a venting skylight with built in blind. Work was completed in one day with no mess left behind. We are delighted with the new skylight and highly recommend this firm to others. We wish we had acted earlier to replace our old bubble skylight which made our house very hot on sunny days. Kudos!

I was very impressed with the service from Skylights Unlimited. We received 3 quotes when we started this project. Skylights Unlimited was not the cheapest but it was definitely the most impressive. We were given all the information we needed and were educated along the way. The other companies could not even compare from a service perspective. The installation was excellent. All aspects of the job were explained in a professional and friendly manner. There was minimal interruption to my home. I will refer Skylights Unlimited to my friends! Excellent service - a "10" rating.

Needed to get a pair of skylights replaced. This team is punctual, friendly and are skylight experts. They took the time to explain each step of the process and taught me a lot as they worked..Very, very happy with the work. Puts my mind at ease to have the job done right the first time. Would use them again without thinking twice.
