Great job painting lar parts of the house
Ahmed and his team did a great job painting our second floor (4 bedrooms + 2 bath)+ hallway, kitchen, small bath, laundry room and roo in basement. They showed up on time and most importantly completed the job according to the agreed schedule. We had to go over some details and it was handled professionally.

Brick to Brick all windows and 2 patio doors
We needed to replace all windows and 2 patio doors. We hired Window Depot for a brick to brick installation. It has been a great pleasure to deal with Ilia as he took all his time and very patiently explain the various options and in the end provided great quality service for a reasonable price. His crew, led by Sergei is really amazing, they replaced all the windows and patio doors in one day and cleaned up the whole place. The interaction with the crew during the installation was excellent, they were very responsive to our observations and they were very attentive to details. One thing very important is with Ilia, there is no surprise. You get what you signed up for and even more. And on top of that Ilia is a real pleasure to deal with, a man with great heart and extremely sensitive to his client concerns. I highly recommend Ilia and his team, I wish there were many Ilias and Sergeis in all other fields of home renovation.

I hired Skylight unlimited for a brand new skylight installation (above stairs). They did a great job with a minimum of mess in the house. I will definitely recommend them. The only thing they could improve is the pre-sales: that would have been more helpful to be presented with pictures of previous work and the various upgrades, such as 4 flares vs 2 flares, lighting, etc ... I have been offered these upgrades on the day the job started, not enough time to review properly and make a decision.
