We initially met at the Toronto Home Show when we inquired about Velux Skylights. Dennis came to our residence personally to inspect the scope of work and what we planned.
He was very professional, patient and took the time to explain every detail including opinions of what would work and look best.
He met every promise and his crew were fantastic! Chris and Ed were very detailed oriented....They were very respectful of our home and took extra care in prepping, protecting the marble floors before starting and constantly cleaning.
The workmanship is exceptional with no detail overlooked and they truly care about making the client happy.
If they post pictures, they say a thousand words.

Ed and Chris were very professional with the installation of our Velux skylight. Ed took the time to assess what would be the best location to place our skylight and explained why it needed to be that way and what we could expect in the outcome. Ed and Chris took no breaks. They worked straight form morning until around 5pm and they made an effort to keep the floors clean by rolling out tarps while they worked and putting them away after they left. My young son also loved Ed and Chris and was sad to see them go after the job was done. The skylight looks great and we will probably call Skylights Unlimited to get Maximum vents next :)

Dennis quoted the job, explained why it was a little more than I anticipated and we agreed on the price. Then he called to say the work could be done sooner than later, which was terrific.
Their workers were neat, tidy, worked safely and did a terrific job. I am very pleased with the roof light.

Our builder skylight failed after 10 years, I contacted Skylights Unlimited in January, they came the next day to provide an inspection. Quote received shortly thereafter, work commenced in early April once weather conditions were suitable. Installers were professional, courteous, inside area was covered in drop sheets, any on site issues were discussed with me. Almost nothing to clean up, it poured the next day and thankfully no leaks. A good company who does what they say they will do for the price quoted, showed up on time and respected the homeowners property. Would gladly use them again.

They arrived, they installed, they left. They were professional, did an amazing install and left very little mess..just a bit of saw dust from the cutting. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

To Skylights Unlimited: We want to let you know how pleased we are with the skylight your technician has installed for us. It's been almost two months since we've had it and it's been through wind, rain, snow and no issues with it. We were worried at first, as our decision to go with you guys was based on your website and a chat with the sales manager, but after deciding and giving the deposit that feeling slowly changed to being anxious for the new skylight. Our worries completely went away when the technician arrived that morning, days before Christmas 2014, as we could clearly see this guy knew his stuff and had all the proper equipment to do a proper job. I can say the pricing was very fair as my experience with another company two years ago was similar and they did a bad job, which led me to spend double now. So my advice to anyone reading this, really do things properly once, otherwise it's just something painful for the whole family; this goes for anything. I had 3 skylights replaced in December. The crew did a great professional job. They were punctual and completed the work quickly. The cost was very reasonable and the product looks great. I would highly recommend this company.
