Skylights Unlimited recently replaced two skylights on our rooftop deck and did an incredible job. Dennis and his crew were very professional, took the care and time required to ensure a perfect fit. They even went above and beyond by helping us repair a gap in the flooring on our rooftop deck. We would highly recommend this company for skylight needs.

even in the middle of winter they managed to find a day that was above+ 5 to come and removed and install a new skylight and fix the leak. i understand they use this site for recomendations but post work review i'd rather not be spammed to write a review.

We contacted Skylights Unlimited based on the excellent reviews, and because they specialize in Skylight install, and are not a 'jack of all trades'. When it comes to skylights, expert knowledge, install and reputation, as well as top quality product was important to us. They were very responsive to our inquiry and came out for an estimate exactly when promised. Even though we indicated we wanted top quality, and were unconcerned about the cost - but rather more concerned about the quality - we didn't feel oversold and in fact they recommended exactly what we had in mind - no more or less.

We had the old style bubble skylights - 2 very large ones (4 x 4 feet) and one smaller one - and like others they began to leak. We wanted triple pane for energy efficiency, and in one room a solar blind. The quote was given in January, and they advised that it would take about a month to manufacture them, and that they needed about 5 days window of a certain temperature to install. They would contact us when that time arrived.

Indeed they contacted us exactly during a warm spell, and came to our home at 830 am exactly when promised on the exact day promised - and the install occurred flawlessly in the same day for all 3 skylights.

We could not be more pleased with the neatness of the install. Hard to tell where the old shingles meet the new ones. Our rooms are unbelievably quieter, and the sunlight coming through the new skylights is so much whiter. Didn't realize how yellowed the old bubble sky ones were and how much that affected the light streaming in.

Great job. Absolutely recommended. A pleasure to deal with a company that does what is says, meets the promises it makes, and provides the service and expertise you are paying for.

The Sky Lights Unlimited worked at our house in February 29 2016 and they did a great job. They covered the area they were working around and they cleaned up all the debris before they left. In addition they provided me with a picture of the sky lights as I could not go on the roof to see the job myself.

The 2 old "bubble" skylights on the 3rd floor finally started leaking a little while ago. We founds Skylights Unlimited on the internet. The sales rep was completely no pressure and the crew who showed up to install (on time) were polite, finished quickly and cleaned up really well. All in all a very good experience and I'd highly recommend Skylights Unlimited to anyone.

I am a builder, and was in need of skylights on a flat roof. Skylights Unlimited did the work on time, in a courteous and professional manner. They cleaned up after work was completed and were very knowledgable.

I had a flat skylight in my roof that needed replacing; I had jokingly started referring to it as my "indoor waterfall feature".

I obtained four quotes to replace and/or repair it. I chose Denis and the Skylights Unlimited team for the following reasons:

1. The price and options offered to me were clear and very reasonable.

2. Denis and his team were able to do the roofing work required immediately around the skylight at the same time. The other quote I was considering suggested I get a separate roofing contractor to do the ancillary roofing work required around the Skylight. I did not want to have to get another set of quotes from multiple roofing contractors, and then have to co-ordinate them fixing my room at the same time. I wanted someone to take care of everything at the same time (which included building a tunnel out from the roof, adding insulation inside the tunnel, installing the skylight, then sealing everything up). See attached photos for a look at their excellent work.

Our initial date to get the skylight fixed did not work, so Goran and Brayden came in early on a Saturday to get the work done. If I had gone with the other quote, I would have had to have re-scheduled the roofing contractor as well, which would have been challenging.

Denis, Goran, Brayden, and Tina provided excellent service and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring any kind of skylight work - new, repair, or replacement.

Skylights did a great job and were very flexible. They were very professional. The skylight is now so good we almost want to break the other skylight so we can replace it with the new one to match!

Denis arrived within a week of my first phone call. He was very helpful in finalizing my choice of skylight and saved me a few dollars by recommending a more suitable product than I had selected. Once my order arrived, Tina booked an installation date a few days before Christmas which I found astonishing. I was sure I would be waiting until the New Year, but the team arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day. They were extremely courteous and professional and I'm very happy with the finished product. Thanks guys!
