Had a plastic dome skylight when we moved into our new house which created to much heat on the upper level. Contacted Skylight Unlimited and a few others, we went back and forth to decide the best solution, skylight with heat exhaust fan was installed last week, very professional and clean. Did a great job, heat is gone in upper level, would highly recommend.

Our living room was dark so we thought of installing a skylight window to get some light in. Did a bit research online and asked for quotes from several contractors and eventually decided to go with Skylights Unlimited because of its reputation and fairly reasonable price. Actually we could have gone with another private installer for cheaper (cash price without tax), considering the warranty (future piece of mind) and the number of work days (4-5 days by Skylights Unlimited vs. 8 days by the private installer) we decided to let Skylights Unlimited to do a 4 sided flare opening and also upgrade from fixed window to Solar Vent one for additional $1800 something. The work was completed last week and my living room has become the brightest spot in my house. I have to give a lot of credit to Ed, their lead installer, designer who truly showed his experience and expertise during the whole process. Based on the location of those trusses he recommended a 3 way flare opening which positioned perfectly in the ceiling and also let a lot of light in. Just beautiful. We are very happy with the work and our decision. I definitely recommend Skylights Unlimited to anyone who is looking for a good installer and encourage you to ask for Ed to do the job for you.

We needed a quick replacement for a leaky kitchen skylight. Skylights Unlimited responded quickly to a quote request, and the installation by a friendly and knowledgeable crew took only a couple of hours. Very happy with the service and results!

A leaking Velux Skylight was replaced after all the rain finally stopped for a day. The two workers were on site on time, clean in every way, and fast. It took only two hours to finish the job. Also dealing via phone and email with the office was always courteous, friendly, honest and precise.
Having found Skylights Unlimited on the internet I took a chance. But I picked the perfect company!

Great company very responsive in reply's and great customer service! I had skylight unlimited install a skylight in my newly built 2 story home in Toronto. They installed the skylight within a few hours, also the installer gave me instructions on how to install the framing. I didn't hire skylight unlimited to frame the skylight because I had my contractor do it. I am sure skylight would of done an excellent job as well. Definitely be using them again on my next project.

The work was done on time, on budget, looks great and they were less expensive than several alternatives.
