We had two sun tunnels installed in our new home by Skylights Unlimited about a year ago. They did a terrific job and the sun tunnels did exactly what we hoped they'd do - provide beautiful natural light in an area that would otherwise be very dark. About a week ago we noticed a shingle had fallen from our roof and it appeared that it came detached from the area around the sun tunnel. I called them and explained what I saw. The next day they were at my home and we realized the issue didn't stem from the sun tunnel install, instead it was another area of the roof unrelated to their work. I was very impressed with their service as they ended up fixing the issue anyway. This very positive experience has compelled me to write this and highly recommend their top tier post sale service. Bravo!
