Less than two weeks ago Skylights Unlimited replaced our old leaking skylight. Denis came out to look at our old skylight and recommended a replacement. He brought an information package with the company’s insurance policy information and his qualifications. He seems experienced, professional and courteous so we took his advice. The installers were proficient, timely and took care to protect the inside of the house from dirt and worked around the fact that we were updating the stairs at the same time. Pictures of the installation process were a nice touch and one that my wife really appreciates. Also, thanks to Tina and Susan, the customer service and responses to our questions were prompt and courteous.
