The guys arrived on time as committed. They were extremely courteous. We have very high skylights with a steep roof. They assessed the best way to access the skylights with the least disruption to the house. As well, I don't drive but our car was parked in the drive, at my request, they moved my car for me and parked it back when they were done. They were very respectful for the inside of the house and straightforward and accurate about the time the whole job would take.
They do take credit cards but they will charge you a 3% processing fee. Cheques are free of charge.
