The sales person promised items that were not provided and could not be provided.
He threatened to release the installer and I would be charged $500 for the next appointment
Suggest you get more than one quote as you could be mislead into paying much more than you may possibly get elsewhere for a similar product.

This company honest reliable and on time ,I recommend for any body dosing Busness with them.

The whole experience from sales to installation was amazing. The staff were professional, honest, hard working and thorough. The work was done on schedule and better than we expected. The installer was hardworking and left everything clean and fully finished. We will not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to friends and family.

I believed the sales rep. Sultan which presented himself as the owner when he said they stand behind their product and install.
their installer was in a hurry he did not care how he did the job causing damage to the ceramic flooring and he said that I had to speak with Sultan at Loyal Seal to get this fixed.
I tried to reach Sultan numerous times, sent pictures for the damage left many messages and emails but he is no where to be found.
this is a company that is fast taking our money and very clever in disappearing when there is a problem.
I do not trust Sultan and his company and do not recommend them to anyone, please be careful when Loyal Seal calls you for business and don't waste you hard earned money dealing with them.

I called in because I needed additional service and Alex called me today to let me he will personally make sure someone comes by tomorrow to assist me.

We were able to reach Steven with questions and the install crew was on time, polite and clean.

Quality of windows installed Is excellent. Demeanour of installation crew was friendly. Installation supervisor was courteous and professional. Some minor nicks and scrapes damage occurred during installation, easily fixed through homeowner repair.

Some broken glass of an old window and an empty caulking tube were left on site.

Positive aspects of this installation definitely outweighed the negative.

I purchased my front entry door on March 23, 2022 and the installation was done on May 9, 2022 as expected (6 - 7 weeks lead time).
The two installers came on time and were very friendly, they got work done in 1.5 hours and cleaned the work area. They also gave me a small touch up pen in case there is scatch on the door. It is beautiful and great so far.
Given that some people mentioned about color or quality in a later time, I will come back in two years to comment on the door's quality.
