The whole experience from sales to installation was amazing. The staff were professional, honest, hard working and thorough. The work was done on schedule and better than we expected. The installer was hardworking and left everything clean and fully finished. We will not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to friends and family.

I believed the sales rep. Sultan which presented himself as the owner when he said they stand behind their product and install.
their installer was in a hurry he did not care how he did the job causing damage to the ceramic flooring and he said that I had to speak with Sultan at Loyal Seal to get this fixed.
I tried to reach Sultan numerous times, sent pictures for the damage left many messages and emails but he is no where to be found.
this is a company that is fast taking our money and very clever in disappearing when there is a problem.
I do not trust Sultan and his company and do not recommend them to anyone, please be careful when Loyal Seal calls you for business and don't waste you hard earned money dealing with them.

I called in because I needed additional service and Alex called me today to let me he will personally make sure someone comes by tomorrow to assist me.

We were able to reach Steven with questions and the install crew was on time, polite and clean.

Quality of windows installed Is excellent. Demeanour of installation crew was friendly. Installation supervisor was courteous and professional. Some minor nicks and scrapes damage occurred during installation, easily fixed through homeowner repair.

Some broken glass of an old window and an empty caulking tube were left on site.

Positive aspects of this installation definitely outweighed the negative.

I purchased my front entry door on March 23, 2022 and the installation was done on May 9, 2022 as expected (6 - 7 weeks lead time).
The two installers came on time and were very friendly, they got work done in 1.5 hours and cleaned the work area. They also gave me a small touch up pen in case there is scatch on the door. It is beautiful and great so far.
Given that some people mentioned about color or quality in a later time, I will come back in two years to comment on the door's quality.

Ian (sales) was very knowledgeable about his products and clearly explained all processes and options I had available to me. He uses a friendly, no-pressure approach to help guide you to making the best decisions for your home and budget. Ian was recommended by a neighbor - I'm glad I called him directly.

Udi (installation) was terrific. He installed and finished (trim/caulking) all of my windows by himself in about 10 hours. He certainly showed the skill of 25 years of installation experience. Udi kept work areas inside and outside clean and was very willing to answer questions as he was working. He was very friendly and professional, and a pleasure to have doing my installation.

I will definitely recommend Loyal Seal Windows and Doors Inc. to anyone who asks me about home window replacement.

Our first two (2) orders of 2 doors and 1 small kitchen window were done properly.

The 3rd (front door and window; cost $8,300) were not only delayed but we had tremndous difficulties contacting our salesman and the company.

Without my knowledge, the salesman disappeared (out of the country on an emergency) and it took me 5 calls to the company without any response. The persons who answered were: 1. telephone service 2. Receptionist who had no idea what I was talking about. I sent an e-mail, no response.

The door installer that the saleman recommended won't call and I only learned he won't be available to install the door when I called him a day before the door delivery. Also his installation cost went up from $500 to $550 to $600; every time I talked to him, knowing I was in a bind, the
price kept on going up.

Couldn't be more satisfied with your services. You responded promptly to my request for quotation. The fellow who came to assess, quote, and measure was very courteous and professional, as was the installer who came later. The turnaround on the custom-sized door was very fast. The installation was perfect and the quality of the door is excellent. Such a pleasure to deal with a company that does first-rate work from start to finish.
