Numerous emails sent and phone messages (talked to them) and zero follow up. They were even at our neighbors and didnt bother to come and look at our issue. Stay away from this company.

No matter how many times you will lie, it will not make it true.
You continue with posting false information. Please note, your warranty and your brother's warranty on other products is now null and void.
We did not replace or change the window you have a crack on, and you are just looking to get free staff.
It is unfortunate but totally your choice.
You have a cracked glass (that Loyal Seal Windows and Doors did not replace nor touched). You have been trying to blame the company for some damage that we have nothing to do with.This was the reply on Google and will remain the same no matter where you post lies.
Please note, read terms of agreement #19 - if you post false reviews on the company, it will cancel your warranty on the products that were installed in your house. Kindly rethink on venting on social media.
