Initially I was impressed with Reid. They were helpful in providing advice on air conditioners and how they worked. They gave me lots of information without ever pressuring for a purchase.
However, in regards to humidifier, I asked for a steam humidifier but they installed a second flow through. They removed my brand new (builder installed) flow through and installed their flow through. I had asked for a steam one to upgrade. my current flow through.
When I called to talk to them about this problem, the general manager was belittling "this is all in your mind" "you are only asking for this now because you talked to a different one of your friends". This was the biggest part of the problem. Mistakes can be made but the GM was so incredibly poor at handling the situation.
