I ordered garage doors for my home. They were installed but not hooked up to power. I was charged for the technician to come back and install them. When I refused to pay the cost of the technician's time to come back and finish the work they sent my bill to a collections agency. The communication from the management was terrible, they were unreasonable, and in the end I paid the bill to avoid collections hitting my credit. I do not recommend this company. As a contractor I have worked with many vendors and supplier/service companies and this is by the worst I have encountered. I have a perfect credit score and this is an extremely frustrating and ridiculous situation to be dealing with. Buyer beware, you are much better off to go to their competitors.

1. The quote was for installing 2 new doors to your existing openers. You decided to take those down and asked us to reinstall them(that was not part of the initial quote).
2. You refused to pay any of the bills including the original work.
3. The management team spoke to you on numerous occasions over 8 months before sending you to collections. Offering to pay less than half for agreed upon services is not reasonable.
We are glad however that the product is working perfectly and looks great. It is regrettable that you attempted to blackmail our family run business with this online smear campaign. We will continue to serve Calgary as exceptionally as we have for the past 40 yrs.
