Getting these guys to the house was a little odd - their phone has no outgoing message, just a beep and you leave your name. That was the end of the oddness, though - someone called me back within the hour and booked me a repair guy for the next day to install my new dishwasher. Price was consistent with what I saw elsewhere - maybe $20.00 higher, but their tech was available much sooner.
When our installer arrived, he asked what was wrong with the old machine, and suggested that the other repair guy (who came highly recommended) was wrong, and asked if he could quickly look at the dishwasher. He then fixed the dishwasher for us, saving us the cost of a new machine. Phew! Thanks to his honesty, I'm not out $300.00 for a new unit, and the dishes in my house are clean again.
