Unfortunately I didn't learn my lesson the first winter and gave them a second chance after they promised (in writing) todo a better job. When they did come they did a horrible job at snow removal. Only would do part of the driveway and porch. Didn't even clear around the car. Only got a message machine when I called to complain and they never called back. What ever you do DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!
