Had issues with heat and a/c being several degrees different between floors. Most HVAC companies I got quotes from were more than happy to sell me whatever I wanted...even if it wasn't what was needed or best. Chris at Hubbard Air came in and did an entire heat/cold loss analysis of our house and determined that the main branch of the ducting (off the furnace) was undersized and that was why we couldn't get better heat or A/C temperature control. He also noted that the 3 1/2 ton A/C unit installed back 2008 was oversized (as if they were trying to overcompensate for the small ducting. In the end, Hubbard Air upsized the main branch of the heating and cold air return (as well as upgraded to new furnace and A/C units (due to age of the old ones) and now the temperature in the basement, mainfloor and 2nd floor are all within 1 degree of each other. System has been up and running for almost 2 months now. Will see how it holds out during the deep cold of winter and the heat of summer...but so far so good. I would certainly recommend Hubbard Air and use them again if I needed it.

I am on a annual service plan including seasonal startup maintenance for the AC and furnace. Jonathan (Technician) arrived promptly within the window of time promised, after receiving a phone call from HO advising he would arrive in 10 minutes, to service my 8 year old furnace. Jonathan was here in the spring to service my AC. As usual both Jonathan and Hubbard Air were professional, courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Hubbard Air.

Our old furnace went out last Thursday night. I thought it was the ignitor. Hubbard came recommended from a friend of mine. So we called them. For most of Friday, technician Steve tried to get our old furnace working. His diagnostics were on point, it was a problem beyond the ignitor. On Friday night, after work so my spouse could be home and we could make an informed decision, Chris came and helped me and my family through our options and we booked an appointment for a new furnace for Monday.
Bright and early the team of Tim, Jay and Brandon came and worked to get our family heat again. From the call centre and prompt service, to the consultation and the new furnace service, we were very pleased with the professionalism and care that Hubbard took with my family. They even loaned us space heaters on Friday so we could get through the weekend with a broken furnace.
