Work not completed, and no response

They did a decent job on my new Eavestroughs however did not finish. The downspout extensions were not completed and I ended up with water in my basement as the water was coming down against the foundation. Spoke to them a month ago again, said he was coming that evening, but never showed and not returning calls or emails. Very disappointed and now seeing other bad reviews.
