I had been having an issue with my garage door opener for a long time and had tried to fix it on different occasions. Finally gave up and called Rick, he called me back and stopped by to have a look on his way home. He and his son looked at the problem and suggested a solution within 5 minutes, we tried it and the problem was fixed!
