The Bedroom Shop

I had purchased the bed from the Bedroom Shop a couple of years ago and I couldn't be happier. The quality is great, and it looks amazing in my daughters bedroom. I did have a slight concern with one of the bedposts a couple of years later and upon calling into the Bedroom Shop I was greeted with the most amazing customer service, so much patience for the questions I had and ultimately I was sent the replacement parts without any charge whatsoever. That to me is exceptional customer service and I will definitely buy from them again and recommend others to do so as well

UPDATE - After the feedback the send me the $200 gift voucher as promised. However, still waiting for them to replace the defective mattress. Pls note I need to pay another delivery charge to get the defective mattress replaced.

Please save your money and don't buy anything from this store..

This is by far the worst furniture shop I have ever dealt with.
The sales people don't even anwer you question once the order is placed. The furniture was not delivered on time even though promises were made twice. I had to rent a furniture and they agreed to give me $200 in gift card/certificate. Never received any from them.
No respect for customer once you place the order. I don't know how they have managed even few positive feedbacks. I would not give them even 1 star.

All purchased items have been top quality and the service was excellent. I had dealt with the Bedroom Shop before and when I wanted to purchase a desk for my granddaughter I went there first and received the same excellent service.

Redoing bedroom and required new bedroom set for smaller space. David and Jeff were fantastic in helping us find the right set that fit our space and budget. Look forward to buyers my more from The Bedroom Shop.

I recently bought all my furniture at The Bedroom shop (newmarket location) David is incredible! He went above and beyond for my wife and I. The customer service is impeccable! I am really impressed also with the quality of the furniture we purchased. David took the time and explained every detail to us. The pricing they provided us is truly unbeatable! We shopped and compared many stores and the bedroom shop beat them all! I will only buy my furniture and mattresses at the bedroom shop!

The quality of product is exceptional very please with both the headboard and hutch. We picked our stain and handles and everything looks great. The delivery workers were extremely polite it was refreshing to receive such great customer service from both Jason and Andres.

Extremely pleased with the helpful sales rep and staff at the bedroom shop in Newmarket . With their help we picked out a beautiful bedroom set. We are so pleased with the quality of the furniture. The delivery was on time, and the drivers were great.

I needed to update my family room and after slogging through several big box stores and being less than impressed, I came across The Bedroom Shop - Furniture Gallery in Newmarket. Intrigued, I went in and found out it was a family run business which immediately made me happy. When I found out that they sell Canadian made furniture I knew that I wasn't going to buy anywhere else. Luckily their selection was amazing and it didn't take long before I had picked out a beautiful leather sectional (hubby LOVES the reclining seats), a coffee table and two end tables. I even chose a piece of decorative art for the wall. I had a wonderful time in their store and even looked through their extensive bed selection because we're going to have to update our bedrooms in the next year or so. I plan on returning to The Bedroom Shop - Furniture Gallery. It's nice to own Canadian made furniture sold by a wonderful Canadian family-run business. I don't write reviews that often but when I run into a gem like this store - I just have to share.
