Let me first begin by saying that I've gone through several renovations in my lifetime. What Mark and Kate were able to do was nothing short of incredible. Initially, I wanted to do very minor things around the house, but after meeting Mark, I realized how amazingly talented he is and I've yet to see anyone as hard working as him. He'd always show up on time (or earlier) and was focused the entire time on all of the things that were important to me, creating a beautifully renovated space, while also ensuring it's safe for my little daughter. Mark is very detailed in his approach and is able to see details that are not visible to 99% of people out there. He's also very honest and explained his process every step along the way to ensure that I was on board and aware. He had very clear goals each day and week and always set out to accomplish it. In the end, there were upgrades made to my bedroom, bathroom, basement, stairs, living room, kitchen and front porch. I never realized that after living here for nearly 10 years, that I could sit in a home that feels brand new and 200% better than it ever did before. I'm not kidding at all when I say that Mark was able to create my dream home. I'm so thankful to him and Kate for going above and beyond. Also, it helped that my daughter absolutely fell in love with how nice and friendly Mark and Kate are! I have been coming to Expert Flooring for several years now, for various home renovations that I've done around the house. I had purchased the bed from the Bedroom Shop a couple of years ago and I couldn't be happier. The quality is great, and it looks amazing in my daughters bedroom. I did have a slight concern with one of the bedposts a couple of years later and upon calling into the Bedroom Shop I was greeted with the most amazing customer service, so much patience for the questions I had and ultimately I was sent the replacement parts without any charge whatsoever. That to me is exceptional customer service and I will definitely buy from them again and recommend others to do so as well

From the very beginning, when I was dealing with Max, he was up front, honest and explained the entire process in detail. He made sure that I understood what questions to ask and that I fully understand how the rebate system works. He was patient while I asked him quite a lot of questions and for that, I couldn't be more grateful. Once I agreed to purchase, the team came and installed it in one day. They worked so hard and barely took any breaks. I was very impressed by their level of professionalism and efficiency. Without question, I would recommend them!

Javid exceeded any expectations I had in regards to service and installation. I bought my Canavac Central Vac unit nearly 3 years ago when I first moved in. He installed it within 48 hours and was so patient in answering all of my questions. And then I called him back again for service recently and to my shock, he still remembered by name! He's kind professional and a great human being.

Dealing with Total Painting made the painting experience a lot better! I called around to many different painters, but when Klaud showed up the same day I called him, I was very impressed by his level of urgency.
