Terrible Service, Terrible Furniture Shop
I cannot even give this shop 1 star, if there is a way to give out negative star, I will definitely do so. This shop is ridiculous, the service super bad, and irresponsible. The delivery of the bed delayed for a month, then I have received a defective bed on the day of delivery, requested the refund on the bed and they trying to accommodate and promised to send a brand new bed over after dealing with the customer services for months. Finally the replacement delivery arrived, and only headboard being sent, not the whole bed. This is ridiculous and very annoying. If you want the rest of the days to be so mad with your bed, you can go with this shop, if you want to be smart, you better spread this words out and warn any of your friends not to buy anything with this company.

Hi Karen, sorry for your bad experience. I did follow up with customer service and they had told you, we just replace the piece thats damaged, not the entire bed. No different than an auto accident.
