Landscape Contractors & Designers review in

Last summer I had my front yard and walkway landscaped and new sod in my front yard (late summer) This spring the lawn is nothing but dandelions and the garden weed liner is showing and peeling back. Very poor job.I wanted, and paid for, a a maintance free yard; so much for that.
