Hardwood Etc

All was good with product I picked. Delivery was right on schedule. Would recommend hardwood ect to anyone. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. But you get what you pay for.

Linda told me I had to pick up my laminate from a warehouse an hour away, rather than delivering it to my house or to Hardwood Etc.'s location (5 mins from me). When my transitions arrive 2 weeks later, again she specifically told me I had to pick them up at the warehouse and she could not have them delivered to her location. When I tried making delivery arrangement from the warehouse, (at my cost) to my home, Linda left me a nasty message stating "she was insulted that I would tell the warehouse staff what she said" and insinuating that I told an untruth. The product looks nice but I would never recommend order from a self-important woman like Linda from Hardwood Etc. Instead, order directly from the warehouse (Good Fellow) - no use going through a middle-woman who is unpleasant after she got my $.

Hardwood Etc. did an awesome job on installing the front entryway tile, it looks beautiful and we always get complimented on it. We love the hardwood flooring but there were a few problems with the install. The job took a little longer than hoped due to the installer injuring himself on the job and we were happy with the price. Overall we were happy.

The sales staff were very knowledgeable, and helpful. Scheduling a time for install was painless as they worked around my schedule. The installers were quick and efficient. I love my new hardwood.
