Pool was not closed properly. The fitted cover started falling out of the track 20 minutes after they left. They did not use any antifreeze in the skimmer. The pump was seized when they tried to open the pool, indicating that they had not used antifreeze and lubricant when it was winterized. I got only $100.00 back and had someone else open it.
