hanging baskets

I order 2 hanging basket from a local kids Team Fundraiser, and was happy to help the kids.
I received my 2 baskets and the only word I can think of is-- GARBAGE--.
I tried to contact the Nursery and got NO response.
I can only say this company did a great wrong to both the kids group and myself and several other people who bought a product in good faith
