Josh was professional from the moment he quoted us, until the job was done. He was on time, worked very neatly, and did an amazing job for all that I asked for. He is truly awesome and I am grateful for his work and his professionalism. Thanks Josh!!!

After telling me they wouldn't show up...They did show about 2 hrs later. I cancelled other contractor. Tech spent 20 minutes and said "he didn't know what to do" and he only worked on 2-3 tankless heaters a year. Again said he was "too busy" and and was going to "bail" on this call. We still have no hot water.

Best experience and service I have had as a home owner. The technician/trades person Josh was pleasant efficient and tidy. Josh relocated our existing AC unit from the side of our house on the driveway to the back yard as we were having our driveway paved. Josh explained all of the work patched my wall from the removal, drilled and reinstalled the unit in the back yard. This included running new lines and connections in my basement ceiling which he strapped and kept very neat. He cleaned up inside and out and added a moisture filter to my line to improve functionality.

I am very happy with the service Josh has provided. One time the AC went out when it was very hot. I told him that we have a 1 year old and they were there that afternoon and had it fixed.

We have always had honest answers. I know this because the answers could have always led to more costs, but did not. He only recommends what is needed, and nothing more.

We perform a furnace and AC inspection every two years to reduce the risk of an issue. He discovered a motor issue, which may or may not last a year. I asked if it went out how long it would take to fix. He said next morning. The parts are easy to get.

We booked our appointment and got a scheduled appointment within two days. The gentleman the came was right on time, and very polite. He cleaned our furnace and recommended that we get a carbon monoxide detector as it could save our lives if anything were to happen. He took his time at cleaning the furnace and left no clean up in our laundry room. I would definitely have my furnaced cleaned again by this company and recommend them to friends and family.

Came out same day to fix my broken furnace. Saved me from the cold! I have used them a few times for furnace repairs and will again for sure. Thanks!
