Unacceptable rudeness and no apology for terrible cleaning job

Gutters overflowing the night supposedly cleaned. Calls not returned. Had to climb ladder in downpour myself to fix. No apology. No price adjustment. Promises made not kept, Untrustworthy. Unreliable. Unacceptable.
