Great company. We decided to bring on North Shore Home Services Ltd. to take care of our gutter cleaning, repairs and window washing for our 21 unit self-managed townhouse strata complex. I was impressed all the way through, starting with the outstanding customer service I received from Matheus at their main office, all the way through to the technicians that completed the work. The owner/general manager even made a point of coming down to our site to ensure our estimates were solid since we were having so much work done all at once. They all went beyond the call of duty for us. All of the technicians that were sent out were very skilled and knowledgeable had many years of experience under their belts. They also showed up on time and were very professional. We will definitely be calling North Shore Home Services our new preferred contractor going forward! Great service all around!
